Introduction

So here it is...my life history! While writing all the events of my life down I have come to realize how blessed I am to have the people around me that I do and to have the Gospel in my life as a guiding light. I want to thank my mother and father for raising me the way they did, all of the leaders in church that prepared me to live up to the standards set by the church, all of my teachers in school who took time to teach me everything I would need to know to be successful in my career someday, and my friends for influencing me to be better than I could have been on my own. I'm not sure why you would but if you feel like reading about my life click on the tabs above and enjoy!

A few friends and family members wrote about their experiences with me and who they think I am as a person....(you probably shouldn't believe most of it :) )

Thank you to everyone who helped me on this! I LOVE YOU ALL!

Joann Bessire (Mother)

I think that you have a gift of helping people see things that they might not have been able to see on their own. You’re very loyal and honest both gifts you came to earth with.
I still admire all that you still stand for. You can see the good in people and try sometime to much to help everyone around. I am very glad and proud of the young woman that you have become.

Joelle (Friend)

Okay, so since you said not to sugar coat it, I'll tell ya straight up what I think of you. I think you're WONDERFUL! So in response to your questions... I actually don't remember our first encounter. I remember in middle school we were in the same science class with Mrs. Paulson (is that her name? she was in the classroom across the hall from Mr. Merrill) and I was super jealous of your cute jeans from American Eagle and your belts. Too bad down the road I would rip a pair of those jeans while working on a business club thing with Jaren and Andrew Aston. Why we're friends... I guess it's just one of those things where we know too much about each other to not be friends. We had like the exact same schedule almost every year of high school, and that just really brought us together (tearing up). Volleyball definitely made us closer (as it did to everyone else on the team too because we all had to stick together since we had Coach C), and we did stupid things at practices, games, tournaments, and on the bus rides. Wow, we really were crazy! We were basically the same person on the court because you were the "libro" as Coach C called it, and I played front row for you. You are a great person who lives the gospel. You know who you are and definitely don't lower your standards for anything or anybody. You never complained about going to seminary or early-morning testimony meetings or church or anything. You definitely have the spirit with you. (that kind of answers both questions--religious beliefs and who you are as a person) Your relationships with your family and friends are pretty funny, actually. You're not afraid to tell someone exactly what's on your mind. You are loyal to those you love, even when they don't exactly deserve it. Funny stories... where to begin?! [Hi Ashley, how's it going?  Joelle is kind of crazy huh?!  I kind of like her though.  She likes you too.  Thanks for being her friend :)] <--that was from Tyler. Well, one that definitely sticks out in my mind is when we were driving (I don't even remember where we were going) and we were following that truck that was hauling hay and the hay kept hitting the windshield, so we turned on the wipers and were freaking out. Hmmm... actually we had A TON of driving stories! Almost getting in about a million car wrecks, "JOJOJOJO!" I always loved hanging out at your house after volleyball practice and getting ready to go to the football games together. How can you really write down everything you love about someone in one email?! I've already made it a novel, so I'll quit there. But thanks for being my friend! I love ya, Ash!

 Mickenzie (Sister)

Ashley has strengths that everyone needs to have in life. She is dependable when it comes to schoolwork, work, and spending time with her friends. She cares about her friends and respects them regardless of how they may treat her, She is does well in school and has a strength of getting things done quick. She works hard when she is at work and is always pushing herself to be on time when she needs to be somewhere.
Ashley is my sis. She and I have been through thick and thin from the early days of our youth. We have enjoyed sharing a room growing up together. We use to giggle so much at night that we would have to torn apart by our parents so that we would get some sleep. We would sneak into the bathroom or kitchen for a drink out of the faucet. We simply use to have fun, the way fun was meant to be. I think this is my fondest memory of my sis; true time spent together giggling and truly happy.

Kalli (Friend)

Throughout these six semesters that Ashley and I have lived together I have grown to really appreciate her and her friendship. She inspires me to become a better person everyday by her actions and her attitude. She has supported me in a number of things that I have done. Including sitting through basketball games while I play, or even coming with me to watch them. She truly is an inspiration to me and she has become one of my very best friends. I feel so privileged to know her. I couldn’t have made it through college without her. I just want her to know that I love her!

Brody (Brother)

You are a hard worker you have always been preety smart and you have been able to attract great friends (always a good thing). You know when to be serious and you know when to be fun. You are humble. You are a good person.

Cristine (Friend)

The one thing I think about when I think Ashley Nicole Bessire is selflessness. She is one of the most selfless people I know. If someone is having a hard time or someone is in need of anything she will sacrifice her time, money and many times sleep to help someone out and will also do it with not wanting any type of acknowledgment. Ashley is also very funny! She is my very best friend and I wouldn't lie about something that big.. SHE IS A RIOT! She can always make people laugh and smile even when the situation is kind of bummer one she can still lighten the mood. She has an amazing ability to listen and to give advice. She never tells you what to do rather helps you figure out what you really want to do. She is just a true blue all around good person and I LOVE HER for that!

Whitney (Friend)

Ashley is a strong self-motivated person. She knows what she wants and she goes after it, no matter what she has to do to get there. She's kind and has a crazy funny sense of humor. She's the kind of person who will always be there when someone needs help.
Ashley has always had a very strong testimony and I have always looked up to her for that. She sticks to what she believes and doesn't cave for anything. She has always been strong in the gospel and is a great example to me in my life, always has been, always will be. Her family is very strong in the gospel as well and they are very close knit. I love that about them.

Trenton (Boyfriend)

Wow where do I even start. Ashley and I have dated for almost 4 years and over that time there have become more and more things I love about her. I love the way she is able to lift, encourage, and inspire others around her simply by being herself. I naturally want to be better whenever I am around Ashley. I love her ability to make me smile no matter what the circumstance may be.  I love that she is able to put others first and worry about her self last. I love her ability to not only express love through words but also through her actions. She always shows those around her that she loves them.

I don’t have the words to even begin to express the love and respect I have for Ashley. Ashley is an amazing girl. She has had a profound impact on my life, one that will never be forgotten. Earlier I mentioned that she has the ability to lift, encourage, and inspire others, well I know this because countless times I’ve been the one that she has lifted or encouraged or inspired, sometimes all of the previously motioned at the same time. Most of the time she was completely oblivious that she was even helping me, she was simply being herself. I have always looked up to Ashley only hoping that each day I will be able to become more like her. She has been an outstanding example to me in my life.

One thing that I’ve always thought was very unique about Ash is her ability to have fun. Ashley is great at creating fun. I’ve never spent time with her and not had fun. However the thing that I think is most unique about Ashley is her undeniable love for Heavenly Father and his Son. Anyone who has spent any time around her knows exactly what I mean. You can’t help but realize that she is someone who truly loves God.
